Unimech has a wide marketing networks and integrated set up. Unimech group started its business as a partnership in 1977 which was involved in sub-contracting work, namely commissioning, maintenance and repairing of industrial boiler and piping system.

Due to the expansion of the business, in September 1979 , Unimech Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd, a limited company was incorporated to take over partnership business. Unimech Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd, covered mainly the business in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.
